- 2 cups Coconut Whipped Cream Chilled
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries Sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1 cup Vegan Meringue Crushed
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the chilled coconut whipped cream until it becomes fluffy.
2. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries and raspberries.
3. Add the crushed vegan meringue and mix lightly.
4. Spoon the mixture into serving glasses and serve immediately.
