Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
Divide dough into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a rope and shape into a pretzel.
Boil water and baking soda in a large pot. Boil each pretzel for 30 seconds.
Place pretzels on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
