Ezekiel Bread Recipe
This is a wholesome, vegan bread made from sprouted grains and legumes.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Whole wheat flour
- 1 cup Barley flour
- 1 cup Spelt flour
- ½ cup Millet flour
- ½ cup Lentil flour
- 2 ¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Agave syrup
- 1 ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Warm water
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and agave syrup. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
2. Add the olive oil, salt, and all the flours. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
7. Let the bread cool completely before slicing.
