Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until spices are well combined and vegetables are tender.
Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Assemble tacos by placing cooked vegetables on tortillas.
Top with avocado slices, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
