Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add sliced bell peppers and red onion. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.

4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until spices are well combined.
5. Remove from heat and squeeze lime juice over the vegetables.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
