Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add sliced bell peppers and red onion. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. 4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until spices are well combined.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and squeeze lime juice over the vegetables.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
