Instructions
1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, flour, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
2. Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the falafel until golden brown on all sides.
4. Warm the pita breads in a pan or oven.
5. Stuff the pita with falafel, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and drizzle with tahini sauce.
