Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup Green beans, chopped
  • 1 cup Zucchini, chopped
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine all the ingredients.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot.
