Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic, cumin, and paprika. Cook for another minute.
4. Add the fava beans and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley before serving.
