  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the fennel seeds and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
