Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 7 oz Fideo Pasta
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the fideo pasta and cook until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the tomato sauce, vegetable broth, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
