  • 4 pieces Fresh figs sliced
  • 4 slices Vegan prosciutto
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush flatbread with olive oil.
  3. Arrange sliced figs and vegan prosciutto on flatbread.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
  5. Top with arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
