Fig And Prosciutto Flatbread Recipe

- 1 piece Flatbread
- 4 pieces Fresh figs sliced
- 4 slices Vegan prosciutto
- 1 cup Arugula
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Brush flatbread with olive oil.
Arrange sliced figs and vegan prosciutto on flatbread.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
Top with arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Season with salt and pepper.
