Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread use your favorite type
  • 4 slices Prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoon Fig Jam
  • 4 slices Cheese use your favorite type
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Spread fig jam on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
  3. 3. Layer cheese and prosciutto on top of the fig jam.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
  5. 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
