Ingredients

  • 1 unit Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • ½ cup Fig jam
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 slices Prosciutto
  • ¼ cup Arugula fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the fig jam evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the fig jam.
  5. Place the prosciutto slices on top of the cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula and a drizzle of olive oil.
  8. Slice and serve immediately.
