Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan ricotta
  • 8 figs sliced
  • 1 loaf baguette sliced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Slice the baguette and place the slices on a baking sheet. Brush each slice with olive oil.
  3. 3. Bake the baguette slices for about 5 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
  4. 4. Spread a generous amount of vegan ricotta on each toasted baguette slice.
  5. 5. Top each slice with a few slices of fig.
  6. 6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
