Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice the baguette and place the slices on a baking sheet. Brush each slice with olive oil.
3. Bake the baguette slices for about 5 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
4. Spread a generous amount of vegan ricotta on each toasted baguette slice.
5. Top each slice with a few slices of fig.
6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
