Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the shredded chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add the carrots and cook until tender.
  6. 6. Stir in the cooked macaroni and cabbage. Simmer for a few minutes.
  7. 7. Pour in the evaporated milk and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
