Filipino Chicken Sopas Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Elbow macaroni
- 1 lb Chicken breast, shredded
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Evaporated milk
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the shredded chicken and cook until lightly browned.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Add the carrots and cook until tender.
6. Stir in the cooked macaroni and cabbage. Simmer for a few minutes.
7. Pour in the evaporated milk and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
