Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed chickpeas, breadcrumbs, nori flakes, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Form the mixture into fish-shaped patties and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite vegan tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
