Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chickpeas cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs gluten-free if needed
  • 2 tablespoon Nori Flakes for a fishy flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed chickpeas, breadcrumbs, nori flakes, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into fish-shaped patties and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite vegan tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
