  • 2 cups Seitan sliced into steaks
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Brush the seitan steaks with the mixture on both sides.
  4. 4. Place the steaks on the grill pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until grill marks appear and the steaks are heated through.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
