Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 cups Warm water
  • ¼ cup Olive oil plus extra for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse sea salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2. Add flour, salt, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet. Spread it out to fit the sheet.
  6. 6. Dimple the surface of the dough with your fingers, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
  7. 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
