Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Sliced carrots
  • 1 cup Sliced bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.
  4. Cut large pieces of aluminum foil and place the veggie mixture in the center of each piece.
  5. Fold the foil over the veggies and seal the edges to create a packet.
  6. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Carefully open the foil packets and serve hot.
