Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw Cashews soaked in water for 4 hours
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Tapioca Starch

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine the cashews, water, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and add the tapioca starch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and becomes stretchy.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
