Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Filling

  • ½ cup Vegan ricotta
  • ½ cup Vegan mozzarella
  • ¼ cup Vegan parmesan
  • ¼ cup Vegan cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix flour, water, and olive oil to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
  2. 2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until thin.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix all the filling ingredients until well combined.
  4. 4. Cut the dough into squares, place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square, and fold to seal the edges.
  5. 5. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli for 3-4 minutes or until they float to the top.
  6. 6. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve with your favorite sauce.
