  • 3 oz Champagne
  • 1 twist Lemon peel for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a champagne flute.
  3. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
