  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 4 pieces Vegan sandwich rolls

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add sliced mushrooms and onions, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add vegetable broth and soy sauce, simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. 5. Place sandwich rolls in the oven for 5 minutes to warm.
  6. 6. Assemble sandwiches with mushroom and onion mixture, serve with broth for dipping.
