- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Vegan butter, melted
- ¼ cup Plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease the madeleine pan with vegan butter or oil.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the melted vegan butter, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth. Do not overmix.
Spoon the batter into the madeleine pan, filling each mold about ¾ full.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
