  • 4 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 piece Avocado, sliced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Chop all the vegetables.
  2. Spread hummus evenly on each tortilla.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables on top of the hummus.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
