Instructions
Mix almond milk and apple cider vinegar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, and nutritional yeast.
Dip tofu strips in the almond milk mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry tofu strips until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
