Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables, cook until tender.
  4. Stir in cooked rice, soy sauce, ground ginger, and black pepper.
  5. Cook, stirring frequently, until heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
