Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Diced vegan ham
  • 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the diced vegan ham and cook until slightly browned.
  4. 4. Stir in the frozen peas and carrots, and cook until heated through.
  5. 5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, and stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
