Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add frozen mixed vegetables, cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
