- 2 cups vegan yogurt
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup mixed berries
- ¼ cup chopped nuts
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
Mix yogurt and maple syrup.
Spread mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle berries, nuts, and coconut on top.
Freeze for 2 hours.
Break into pieces and serve.
