Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Mixed Nuts chopped
- ½ cup Dried Fruits chopped
- ½ cup Maple Syrup
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, mixed nuts, and dried fruits.
In another bowl, mix the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Press the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool before cutting into bars.
