Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dates pitted
  • 1 cup Mixed Nuts unsalted
  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend dates until they form a sticky ball.
  3. Add mixed nuts, dried cranberries, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Pulse until combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the lined baking dish. Flatten with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
