A simple and refreshing vegan fruit salad.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries sliced
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Kiwi peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Mango diced
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Mint Leaves chopped
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruits.
2. Drizzle lime juice and maple syrup over the fruits.
3. Gently toss to combine.
4. Garnish with chopped mint leaves.
5. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
