Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup

Topping

  • 1 cup Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup. Mix well.
  3. Press the mixture onto a baking sheet to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool.
  4. Spread coconut yogurt evenly over the cooled crust.
  5. Arrange the sliced mixed berries on top of the yogurt. Sprinkle with chia seeds.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
