- 2 cups Mixed Fruits (e.g., strawberries, bananas, mango) fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup optional
1. Wash and prepare the fruits by cutting them into small pieces.
