A refreshing and healthy vegan fruit salad.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries sliced
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Pineapple diced
- 1 cup Kiwi sliced
- 1 cup Mango diced
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Mint Leaves chopped
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruits.
Drizzle with lime juice and maple syrup.
Gently toss to combine.
Garnish with chopped mint leaves.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
