A refreshing and simple fruit salad with a hint of mint.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries hulled and sliced
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Pineapple diced
- 1 cup Mango diced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Mint chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruit.
Add the chopped mint and lime juice. Toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
