Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed 30 oz
  • 1 can vegan cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup vegan sour cream
  • 0.5 cup vegan butter, melted
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup vegan shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cornflakes, crushed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine thawed hash browns, vegan cream of chicken soup, vegan sour cream, melted vegan butter, chopped onion, and vegan shredded cheese. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with crushed cornflakes.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
