  • 400 g Fusilli Pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fusilli pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
