Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Fusilli pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fusilli pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked fusilli pasta to the pan and toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
