Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Garbanzo beans cooked
  • 2 medium Leeks sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced leeks and minced garlic. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add cooked garbanzo beans and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve hot.
