- 2 lbs Potatoes cut into chunks
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
