- 1 lb Asparagus trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, toss asparagus with olive oil and minced garlic.
In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.
Coat each asparagus spear in the breadcrumb mixture and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
