  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup.
  2. 2. Slowly add olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Whisk again to combine.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
