  • 2 tablespoon Vegan Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the asparagus and cook for 5-7 minutes, until tender.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the vegan butter, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot.
