  • 1 piece Baguette sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegan butter
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush baguette slices with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
  4. In a pan, melt vegan butter and add minced garlic.
  5. Spread garlic butter on toasted baguette slices.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and chopped parsley.
