  • ½ cup Vegan Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, melt the vegan butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and serve warm.
