  • 1 lb vegan shrimp
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup vegan butter
  • ¼ cup white wine optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegan butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the vegan shrimp and cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the white wine (if using) and lemon juice. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
