Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water (slurry)
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add soy sauce, maple syrup, and vegetable broth. Stir well.
  4. Bring to a simmer, then add the cornstarch slurry.
  5. Cook until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
