Garlic Ginger Tofu Stir Fry

Main Ingredients
- 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
- 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
4. Add the sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets, and stir fry for another 5 minutes.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and the cornstarch mixture, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
