Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  4. 4. Add the sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets, and stir fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the soy sauce and the cornstarch mixture, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
